Bad Message 431

When I try to sign in to UMN-account related things on my chrome browser, I often get sent to a blank page that says "Bad Message 431." It is not consistent -- sometimes I can log in to canvas but not the rest, sometimes email works, sometimes drive works. Depends on the day. It doesn't happen on Safari.

Hello, this usually means cookies issue in regards to Drupal sites. the best way to manage this is to clear cache and browsing data, restart browser or work in an incognito
