Create Drupal template for CEI newsletter content

Hello! CEI would like to launch a reformatted newsletter that will send a Salesforce email that directs readers to a to-be-created webpage that holds the newsletter content. We are imagining this will operate much the way ATSS does their newsletter (June 2024 webpage: https://it.umn.edu/teaching-with-technology-news/june-2024).
If we want to launch this in January 2025 and sought your expertise to build a Drupal template that James Ondrey could then populate each month, how far in advance would you need us to finalize the content sections for you to build?

Hi Kate, This seems like a pretty easy request. We could create an online version within a couple of weeks but we need to factor the holiday season into the deadline. You'll need to send us an outline of what you need by or before Dec 1.

Great, Charlot. We will aim to have it done in November so we can do our internal staff training and quality checking before we launch in January.

As part of this, we would also seek to create an overview/archive page (ATSS example: https://it.umn.edu/services-technologies/resources/teaching-technology-news) and a way to navigate to it from the CEI homepage.
