Issues with circle image/caption

Hi! Something weird is going on with pages that have a "Main Circle" image and a caption; they are usually right-aligned with a wrapped caption beneath. It looks like the caption is not wrapping, maybe causing the image to shift over? for example, https://grad.umn.edu/faculty-and-staff/policies-procedures

I tweaked the subtheme a bit so I can override the folwell code directly via CSS. Looks like it worked in DEV: https://gradschool-d8.dev.umn.edu/faculty-and-staff/policies-procedures
I will go ahead and request it pushed to production

hello, this seems to be caused by an update to Folwell. In one of the core files it is forcing images with figcaptions to be minimum 75% for some reason. I will make an override when I can
