Hi James, The dropdown menu likes are now operational.

Hi James, I've narrowed the problem down to jQuery Superfish touchscreen issue. I applied a temporary fix by disabling the drop down. The top level buttons are working now so users can navigate the site. I'm send a ticket to OIT to see if they can help with this issue.
