Under "Submit a Course for Review" in the sentence "The step by step process for submitting proposals is also provided here, " "provided here" should link to https://asr.umn.edu/training-and-support/course-proposal-guidelines/how-propose-course-le-certification.

I'm betting the link got removed by accident in the various edits we did in the Gdoc.
