My name is Kiara Banis, and I am a current student at Stanislaus State University in Turlock, CA.
I am doing a research paper on a Civil Rights Activist and Movements of Roy Wilkin’s, in which I ran across the article “Remembering Roy Wilkins” By Tim Brady, originally published in the November-December 2005 issue of Minnesota magazine. The article states that Roy Wilkin's was born in Mississippi when in fact he was born in Missouri. This was quite misleading, and confusing and I wanted to simply bring it to your attention.
