Unable to use Image Style Circle - Main (277x277)

When trying to add Linda Lee to the GSDO Staff page (https://grad.umn.edu/diversity/diversity-office-staff) it would not allow me to embed the image of her with the Circle - Main (277x277) style. When you go to edit it after embedding, it gives options (see attached) but not the Circle - Main (277x277) style. I asked Molly if she was able to fix it, and she was unable to after trying several ways, including copying code from other parts of that page, so I'm guessing it's an issue with a Drupal update.

Hi Anna,
Have you tried selecting an image from the media library using the media browser (that E icon right next to the insert media icon at the top). If you use that it should be able to edit the image and select image styles including the Circle - Main (277x277) style.
